Imam Ali Mosque offers speeches and mourning poetry in Danish, Arabic (Iraqi and Lebanese) and Persian (Afghan and Iranian) as well as food distribution from the Iraqi/Persian/Lebanese Ashura cuisine.

Imam Ali Mosque hosts programs for the following nationalities with the respective start times:    

• Danish speakers: 5:15 PM (main hall).
• Lebanese: 7 PM (conference hall). Scroll further down.
• Iraqis: 8 PM (main hall). Scroll further down.
• Afghans and Iranians: (Basement room) Updated regularly.

The Danish branch of the mosque dedicates a program for Danish speakers, as well as for Arabic and Persian speakers.

In the coming nights, we gather around a pain we know. We remember Karbala, not just as a story, but as something that lives within us. Imam Hussain's (PBUH) stand against injustice still speaks to our hearts, generation after generation.
