- Are you up to helping with setting up this year's Ashura tents and the practicalities involved?
- Would you like to help take pictures of the activities, the parade or the procession?
Would you like to make a difference and help convey the message of Ashura to Danish-speaking passers-by and those interested?
We are specifically looking for volunteers who:
- Speaks fluent Danish and/or English.
- Wants to stand at the tent and/or participate in this year's Ashura procession.
- Can help convey the message about Ashura, Imam Hussein and the significance of the day.
- Is welcoming and happy to share the message with enthusiasm and a smile to passersby.
🔹 Your role?
- Be present at our tents and participate in the procession.
- Talk to interested Muslims and non-Muslims and answer questions about Ashura.
- Distribute Ashura cards, water and small treats.
🔹 Requirements to you?
- That you can convey the Ashura message in Danish.
- That you can remain calm and can talk to people.

We are looking for passionate and committed volunteer photographers who want to help document our events and activities!
🔹 What do we require?
• That you have experience taking photos.
• That you take good, sharp and atmospheric photos – both portraits and environmental photos.
• Deliver photos quickly after the event (within 1-3 days).
• Bring your own camera and equipment.
• Comply with GDPR and consent when photographing people.
