The Ashura tent is an annual public awareness activity that takes place at selected locations around Copenhagen.
Ashura.dk holds the annual information tent, where information is provided about Ashura by distributing water and fruits, etc.
Arrangementet er folkeoplysende og en forlængelse af Ashura.dk´s platform skabelse for, at skabe større indsigt og oplysning omkring højtideligheden i Danmark.
Der oplyses generelt om Ashura men også om Ashura programmerne, aktiviteterne og optoget.
Generosity in focus
The goal is to provide information about Ashura and its numerous programs, as well as about the annual Ashura procession, where thousands mark the day with a symbolic procession.
Information is also provided about the culture and traditions of this celebration.
